What synthetic putting green installation involves
A synthetic putting green is a purpose-built practice surface, not a lawn with a hole cut in it. We use a short-pile nylon or polypropylene putting turf with a stimp-rated fiber, installed over a finely graded stone base and a screened choker layer that lets us shape true contours, tiers and subtle breaks. Regulation cups, PVC sleeves and flagsticks are set into the base, and the surrounding fringe is installed in a longer, lighter turf so chips land and check the way they do off a real collar. Sand infill is brushed in and rolled to dial the green speed you asked for.
